Delivery Policy

Herbal Senses only delivers to Hong Kong and Macau addresses under the following terms & conditions:

Successful Herbal Senses online retail purchase orders received after 8am daily will be processed the following working day (Herbal Senses online retail does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

All deliveries of Herbal Senses retail products should reach the stated delivery address within 3-4 working days.

​

FREE delivery for purchases of HK$300 total value and above in Hong Kong and Macau, where else delivery fee will be charged at actual cost subject to SF express.

For deliveries returned to Herbal Senses Limited due to recipients non responds to the shippers deliver attempts, will be charged for the re-processing and re-delivery, even if the initial delivery was free.

Worldwide shipping is available, International l shipping cost will be charged at actual cost subject to courier service provider.
